Begin Your Journey To Vibrant Health with Mark Hinds

1. Attitude

The way we perceive the world has and the thoughts that we have bring forth a response from our environment. Instead of a negative or closed-minded attitude choose a positive, loving and curious one. Instead of attitude, use gratitude. The right attitude can help fight and prevent illness.

2. Nutrition

Eat whole, fresh foods and drink plenty of water. Eat foods rich in vitamins A, D, E and K2 ( we will go into more detail about those in coming blogs), such as eggs, pasture-raised animals and shellfish. We can only survive three days without water so make sure the water you drink is free from chlorine, fluoride or any chemicals. Avoid bottled water as the chemicals from the plastic can leach into the contents and contaminate it.

3. Purpose

Much like our founder, Mark Hinds, you need to maintain a sense of purpose and drive. This can help protect you from illness. Don't wait until tomorrow to take action, get up and do it now. The journey to vibrant health and wellness starts today!

4. Exercise

Stay fit and active. Doing daily exercise can help lift your spirits, lower your blood pressure, lower your risk of cancer, heart disease and diabetes, help you maintain a healthy weight. Get out and do something good for yourself today!

5. Quality Sleep

Make sure that you get between seven and ten hours sleep each night. Studies show that we get our best sleep between 10 pm and 1 am. It is key to allow your body to rest and restore itself and can prevent weight gain, high blood pressure and depression.

6. Light

Getting outside in the sunlight helps boost your vitamin D levels and immune system. Exposing your skin to the sun can actually decrease your risk of cancer, but don't stay out there too long and get sunburned.

7. Minimize Electromagnetic Field Exposure (EMF)

Never use your cell phone for more than a few minutes at a time. EMF can damage your brain cells, cause migraines, insomnia, concentration and hyperactivity problems and even heart arrhythmias. Click HERE to find out more about EMF.

8. Avoid over the counter drugs

Do not take any medication unless you absolutely need to. Always try and find an alternative and if you have to take something, study the side effects first.
