Dear HealthWalk Family and Friends,
March is more than half over already, where did February go? The good news is that Spring is almost here. For us in S. California, the trees are bursting to life already; revitalized after the dormant rest time of the winter season. The sweet scent of orange and lemon blooms perfume the air in the evening when I return home. Spring! What an invigorating time of cleaning out, renewal, and increased activity.
In recognition of the shedding of the heaviness and cocooning of winter, HealthWalk is celebrating March, National Nutrition Month with an Anti-Aging, Detoxing and Revitalizing theme.
