Green Breakfast Smoothie

Green Breakfast Smoothie

  • One organic banana
  • One Half organic lemon
  • One organic apple or ¼ papaya
  • One scoop Greens First powder * or similar brand of Super food drink mix
  • One Tbsp of organic virgin coconut oil
  • 1 - 1½ cups filtered HydroMag * treated water
  1. Place lemon, skin and seeds included, apple seeded if preferred or peeled and seeded papaya and all other ingredients in a blender, preferably a VitaMix blender* blender (most powerful) and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour and enjoy a nutritional and delicious breakfast!
  3. Serves one.

Summer Meal Salad

Summer Meal Salad

  • 2 ears of fresh organic corn
  • 2 medium size organic tomatoes or one large tomato
  • 1 medium organic avocado
  • 1 large organic lemon or 2 small
  • 2 organic Persian cucumbers or 1 medium size organic cucumber
  • 4-6 leaves of organic romaine lettuce
  • ¼ bunch organic cilantro (6-8 sprigs)
  • 4 sprigs organic fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp organic virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  1. Cut corn from the cobs and place in a large bowl.
  2. Cube tomatoes into 1/2 inch pieces
  3. Cube avocado into ½ inch pieces
  4. Cut cucumbers into slices. If using regular cucumber, seed the cucumber before slicing into half moon slices
  5. Chop up cilantro and basil
  6. Juice the lemon(s) and pour the juice over the above ingredients in the large bowl.
  7. Add the olive oil and salt and cayenne pepper to taste.
  8. Toss and serve on a bed of torn romaine lettuce – enough for two small appetites or one hearty serving.
Quick and Healthy Summer Sandwich

Quick and Healthy Summer Sandwich

  • One medium organic avocado
  • Raw almond butter
  • Organic Sprouted grain bread
  • One medium size organic tomato
  • 2 leaves of organic lettuce
  1. Spread raw almond butter on two pieces of sprouted grain bread
  2. Slice avocado and lay the slices on top of one slice of bread
  3. Lay sliced tomatoes on top of the avocado
  4. Place lettuce on top
  5. Put the other slice of bread on top
  6. Serve one for a delicious, quick and healthy meal
