Summer is here...

In the summer we want to feel and look our very best. We want to be out enjoying the sunshine and this may also mean we feel more active as the days are longer. But what happens when our emotional and mental well-being is not shinning brightly like the summertime sun? Did you know that our mental and emotional state could also affect our physical body? When our brains are out of balance they can manifest fatigue, sleep disorders, alienation, pain, headaches and numerous other physical ailments such as toxic build-up in the body.
